    About

    Camille Haab acts both as counsel and litigator in civil and criminal matters, in particular in the fields of white-collar crime, international mutual legal assistance in criminal matters, and family law. She also advises clients in the areas of medical and health law.

    Before creating Callan Law as a founding partner, Camille Haab worked for six years as a trainee and associate for the former Chairman of the Geneva Bar Association, Mr. Marc Bonnant.

    Camille Haab also holds a Certificate of Advanced Studies in Business Taxation from the University of Neuchâtel, which she completed while working at Bonnant & Partners.

    Camille Haab is a member of the Geneva Bar Association (OdA) and the Swiss Bar Association (SBA).

    About

    Naomi Rupf is a founding partner of Callan Law. She specializes in criminal, employment, and contractual law. She also advises and represents her clients in the areas of insolvency, private construction, and art law. In addition to her practice, she is a clerk at the Labour Court, where she assists the judges in their deliberations and drafts the judgments delivered by the Court.

    Prior to founding Callan Law, Naomi worked as an independent lawyer. She completed her legal training at Bonnant & Partners and worked for an accounting firm. She graduated from the University of Geneva and holds a Certificate in Art History delivered by the Sotheby's Institute of Art in London.

    Naomi also trained as a ballet dancer and achieved her first entrepreneurial experience at the age of 18 when she organized an art exhibition for her high school project, for which she was awarded the Rotary prize for the spirit of initiative and entrepreneurship.

    About

    Alexander Gordis is a founding partner of Callan Law. His practice focuses mainly on civil and commercial litigation, international arbitration, contract law, and general public law. He also assists institutional and private clients in matters relating to real estate transactions, property ownership, restrictions on acquisitions, and related disputes.

    Alexander holds a degree in criminal justice and serves as a judge in the Swiss military. As such, he investigates and prosecutes matters relating to military criminal and disciplinary law. Benefiting from this experience, Alexander also frequently acts as counsel in all types of criminal proceedings, as well as in matters of white-collar crime.

    Alexander graduated from the University of Geneva in 2017. During his master’s degree, he spent a semester at the University of Bern. He was admitted to the Geneva Bar in 2019 and is qualified to act before all Swiss courts. Prior to founding Callan Law, Alexander worked as an associate in two Geneva-based law firms.

    Warren Martin is a founding partner of Callan Law. He specializes in domestic and cross border litigation and assists companies in mitigating operational and regulatory risks, including those relating to data protection, privacy and cyber security.

    Warren also acts for a range of individuals (both in and out of the public eye), brands and companies facing false allegations or the publication of private and confidential material that may affect their reputation.

    Prior to founding Callan Law, Warren worked as an associate at an international law firm, as legal counsel for a commodities group in Zug and for an institutional energy broker in New York.
